Feedback Form - Duval Inns

This form is solely feedback given back to the directors and management to identify all areas of the business to see how we are doing in all our establishments. We like to see both where we are doing well but also to see where improvements are needed to be made. Please don’t worry about space, the more feedback the better.

We don’t ever ask about pricing as we work very hard with our suppliers to give you the best prices we can but if you feel its necessary please feel free to add it to any of the questions asked. If any humour or jokes are used, we won’t use this feedback as we ask all feedback to be true to the word and honest.

Lastly all feedback is kept anonymous and no contact details are shared. This is why we ask for all feedback forms completed to be sent to a company email address.

1. Regarding our drinks range, would you say our variety meets your expectations? Would you want to see more or anything different to our variety? (Lager, Cider, Ale, Spirits, Wine, Hot Beverages, Soft Drinks and more)

2. Regarding our drink options, are you happy with the quality and standard of the beverages you have tried? If not please explain why?

8. We try our best to provide local produce in all areas of our pubs, do you have any suggestions where we could improve here?
